Schools In Kashipur Uttarakhand

About Us

It was always a dream of our beloved Rev. Late Sh. P. L. Kapoor ji to provide quality education which instills in students values to be good human beings and to give the child a strong foundation early in life and a personality brimming with confidence and qualities of leadership; which makes him really Indian, truly modern and deeply human. In the endeavour to fulfill his dream, The Gurukul is a step in that direction.

Our Vision

To make the institution a model, a heritage site of knowledge, a temple of learning, a monument – which people can come back to… even after years of its existence.

In the spirit of a traditional Gurukul, learning is not a solitary pursuit but a shared journey. Learners engage in collaborative projects and discussions, working together to explore ideas, solve problems, and support each other’s growth. This fosters a sense of community, teamwork, and mutual respect, mirroring the close-knit environment of a Gurukul.

“While receiving a good education is important, we believe that instilling strong moral values is even more crucial in today’s world. The Gurukul has played a significant role in imparting these values to my children. My elder daughter was quite shy before, but I’ve seen her grow tremendously. I’m grateful to The Gurukul for offering so many opportunities for participation, which has greatly boosted her confidence.”

With over 15 years of experience, I’ve seen my children thrive in terms of personality development, street smartness, extroversion, and active participation in numerous activities. What stands out to me the most is the dedication of the teachers, promoters, and principal to the school. The personal attention provided by the promoters is, in my opinion, one of the key factors that sets The Gurukul apart.”
